On the downside, we found the seating a bit cramped, and the bar area could benefit from more staff during peak times to enhance service speed. Nonetheless, the attentiveness of the staff made our experience memorable.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay, with the hotel being just a short walk from West Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll in the evening, and I found the staff to be incredibly amiable, making my time at the bar quite enjoyable.

I had the best time soaking in the saltwater pool, it was so refreshing and gentle on the skin! The chef really went above and beyond at every meal, personally asking for our preferences and making breakfast like a feast! Not to mention, the staff created such a warm atmosphere.
